Legacy has a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to learn and get experience in Sales. The primary role of the Outside Pre-Sales position is to be the first point of contact between the homeowner and the Sales Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
•Generate new business through managing territories and communicating directly with homeowners
•Set daily appointments for salespeople to perform property inspections
•Provide the highest level of service possible to each customer & ensuring confidentiality with all client information
•Maintain effective communication with other employees and managers, both in the field and the office
•Working territory correctly and efficiently (following systems & procedures)
Position Requirements:
•Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment
•Reliable vehicle and smart phone
•Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time, enjoying fresh air and sunshine
•Valid driver's license
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
