We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential and/or commercial properties across our portfolio. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting, while ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across various locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete routine property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Assist in unit turns, common area upkeep, and emergency repairs.
- Coordinate with on-site staff and management to prioritize tasks at each location.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, building codes, and company standards.
