Job Summary
Assists with the moving of patients for treatment and/or services from one department to another
Essential Functions
- Assists with patient care on the units, as well as other areas as directed by the Transport Services Supervisor.
- Collects and delivers all nursing items from the nursing station and/or department to which assigned as needed.
- Maintains, cleans, and stores all transport used equipment.
- Maintains a scheduled work assignment and can work well independently or as a team.
- Is able to perform under high stress situations and can physically maneuver patients and equipment.

Minimum Education/Certifications
High School Diploma
Minimum Work Experience
One year experience preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Must be willing to work holidays, weekends and provide additional coverage as needed
