Summary
Position Overview: As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing Lumata's implementation processes. Your work involves leading projects, developing new protocols, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our partners. You'll collaborate with teams across Lumata, including Care Management, Tech teams, Sales, and Account Management, to foster alignment and drive success.
Essential Functions
- Act as the primary support for clients during the implementation process. Responsibilities include conducting kickoff meetings, managing physician setup, overseeing documentation, billing, EMR setup, and providing ongoing communication. You will also handle go-live management and post-launch support
- Build and maintain robust relationships with partners. Influence key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes and collaborate across functions to align strategies with business objectives
- Develop scalable processes and workflows to support business growth. Identify and act on opportunities for enhanced provider engagement and strategic expansion
- Apply your analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the overall success of the implementation process
