GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide general support to the eCommerce department through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to fulfillment of orders for ship-to home, store pickup, as well as the delivery of orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Pull product and prepare eCommerce store pick up orders, for customer pick up
•Pull product and prepare eCommerce orders for ship-to home for transfer to other locations
•Pull product, prepare, package and ship, ship-to home orders to customer
•Pull product, prepare and deliver eCommerce delivery orders to customer
•Partner with Store Management to assist with stocking, merchandising and recovery of product within the retail store as needed (time permitting)
•Demonstrate strong knowledge of product location
•Uphold all cooperative policies
•Demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service ensuring that the customer experience achieves The Grange Way Standard
•Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•The position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
•Ability to write simple correspondence
•Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
•Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
•Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs
REASONING ABILITY
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
•Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
