If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a full time (40 hrs/wk) Clinician on our Engagement Team!
What You Will Be Doing
Working as a Clinician with the Engagement Team you will be responsible for working both in the office, and within the community, to provide assistance with various mental health related needs and to assist individuals in getting successfully linked to outpatient and crisis services.
The Engagement Team focuses on helping individuals improve their mental health by providing collaborative case management functions for individuals requiring support to successfully engage in services through ISK. You will provide culturally responsive services and will work closely with multiple public service systems. Your schedule will consist primarily of shifts from 10 am – 8 pm, Monday through Friday, with a requirement to work occasional Saturdays (eligible for weekend shift differential).
What We Require
You will have a minimum of one year of experience working in clinical settings with the target population and/or community supports. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Required Licenses: Licensed Bachelors Social Work (LBSW/LLBSW) and a valid Michigan Motor Vehicle Operator's license with reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Physical Efforts – Job demands include prolonged sitting and standing as appropriate. May occasionally require light lifting up to 25 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or bending as appropriate. Requires coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot.
Working Conditions – Office environment with noise from computers, copy machine, and telephones. Use of computer screen for periods in excess of 30 minutes at a time. Possible eyestrain from extended periods of viewing computer screen. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, infectious diseases, and parasites. Travel throughout the Kalamazoo area is required.
