Audiologist - AMG ENT - Part-time
Audiologist Description:
Part-time position (3 days a week)
Pediatric training/experience with pediatric patients preferred
Hearing aid dispensing
Full equipped audiology booth within OP ENT Clinic with one physician and one NO
Provides professional healthcare for patients who have hearing, balance, and related ear problems
Assessment and diagnosis of hearing and balance disorders
Treatment of hearing and balance disorders
Identification of hearing status
Demonstrates a consistent level of performance and productivity
Understands importance of excellent customer services and teamwork
Maintains safe environment for patients, co-workers and self
Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency
Must use holistic approach to care of patients
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must demonstrate competency in basic audiology skills
Must possess the ability to learn basic educations degrees, education certifications or national certifications
Good physical and mental health
Must be able to lift, pull, and push using good body mechanics without limitations
Must possess visual acuity with corrective lenses to read printed material and visualize patients to the degree that changes in color or respiration can be detected; hearing ability with auditory aids to understanding the normal speaking voice without viewing the speaker and auscultation of the chest using a stethoscope; and speaking ability to wear properly fitting respiratory protective mask for periods of time without limitations
Able to work under supervision or independently as directed by the situations

Audiologist Education/Experience:
Doctorate in Audiology licensed in the State of Georgia
Board Certified in Audiology preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
