About the Role:
Flow is seeking a Head of Interior Design with strong foundations in hospitality and residential design and a refined aesthetic sensibility. The ideal candidate will have designed residential, resort, F&B spaces for mindful businesses and communities and have a passion for sustainable, human-centric spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design concepts and spatial planning for hotels, resorts, food & beverage venues, and residential projects.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting with a strong emphasis on sustainability and ethical sourcing.
- Create mood boards, presentation decks, and FF&E schedules.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to realize design intent.
- Stay up to date with global trends in conscious design, wellness architecture, and sustainable innovation.
- Balance creativity with functionality, budget, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and support installation and styling phases as needed.
Ideal Background:
- 15+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in hospitality and residential sectors.
- Deep knowledge of sustainable materials, conscious design practices, and environmental certifications (WELL, LEED, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—both visual and verbal.
- Experience working in high-end or luxury design environments.
- Passion for mindful living and design that tells a story.
