The EHS manger is responsible for the strategic development and execution of our EHS programs at our Englewood, CO facility. This position will work closely with site leadership and engineering team. The right candidate must have strong problem solving and communication skills, a proven background in developing EHS management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Interact and partner directly with site and functional leadership in the development and execution of focused EHS initiatives and objectives
- Lead and cultivate a team of site based, EHS representatives to support actions and meet compliance obligations
- Complete regulatory reporting as required by local, state, and federal requirements and interact with regulators and key stakeholders.
- Perform investigations into the root cause of injuries, events, and near misses. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to correct and prevent recurrence of unsafe conditions and/or behaviors.
- Write, implement, and manage EHS and programs, policies and procedures.
- Manage Hazardous Materials and ensure regulatory agency compliance (labeling, containment, proper disposal, documentation, etc.)
- Work closely with the site facility team on change management projects
Education / Experience / Qualifications:
- A BS degree in Occupational, Health & Safety Sciences or similar (general science degrees OK)
- A Minimum of 5 years' experience in a test or R/D environment.
- Experience with additive manufacturing or combustible dust processes a plus
- Proven experience with process or program management
- Dynamic and active communicator with strong collaboration skills
- Technical and ISO document writing a plus.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training a plus Lean/Six Sigma or TPS experience a plus

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $107,000-$186,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
