As a PAFC Per Diem Clinician, you have the flexibility to self-schedule at multiple locations. In some areas, we have clinics open during weekends and evenings.
Job Details:

- EMR: eClinical Works
- We are solely focused on pediatric primary care
- Work hours are weekdays from (8am to 5pm) or (8am to 7pm)
- Various locations offer evenings and weekend availability
- 4- or 6-hour sessions
- Average of 4 sessions per month to maintain compliance
Education, Licensure & Certification:
- M.D. or D.O. degree required
- Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
- Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
- Current, Unrestricted Arizona state specific DEA license
- Current Board Certification appropriate for degree or be Board eligible and certified within five years of employment.
- Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment.
