We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic and international project management within the financial technology sector and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, client expectations, and contractual timeframes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
oLeverage project management best practices to lead and manage domestic and international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, often navigating multiple projects concurrently.
oDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
oProactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks along the critical path, and implement mitigation strategies while communicating the same.
oEnsure compliance with company policies.
oDemonstrate ownership of project deliverables.
oIdentify, own, and proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
oThoroughly understand the technology and operational processes to evaluate stakeholder requests and determine what is reasonable or possible.
Relationship Management:
oBuild and enhance positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
oSchedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, software development, product management, marketing, account management, credit and risk, and customer support.
oCommunicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
oDemonstrate solid organization, management, and relationship skills consistent with TreviPay’s core values of Tenacity, Ingenuity and Empathy.
Leadership and Mentorship:
oMentor and coach other Project Managers in process and quality relevant to day-to-day tasks and procedures.
oAssist in the training of new employees.
oProvide leadership and direction for change management initiatives, project management, and program implementation on behalf of Department Leadership.
oDisseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of Department Leadership.
oBring department issues to the surface, ensure appropriate action is taken, and communicate results.
Travel:
oMinimal travel as needed.

Required Qualifications:
oUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required, master’s degree is a plus
oMastery level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
oPMP or equivalent project management certification
oFluency in multiple languages a plus
