As the Human Resources Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the human resource efforts and the overall success of the employees of the organization. You will also be responsible for recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits administration, health and safety, legal compliance, and non-discrimination activities. The successful candidate will have a strong record of collaboration with executive teams in building a highly committed and cohesive culture at all levels.
THE SKILLS SET NEEDED

- Bachelor’s degree in business or HR management or related fields.
- Experience in training, consulting, or adult learning.
