We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Handle sensitive HR matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and discretion.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning and organizational development strategies.

Key Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple locations and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare preferred.
Experience with ADP.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Experience in change management, organizational development, or employee engagement is a plus.
