A certified nursing support person who assists licensed personnel in providing basic nursing care to patients and the routine activities in the community environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Maintain confidentiality of patients.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively.
- Ability to provide personal care and safe transfers, which includes proficiency with adaptive equipment, such as Hoyer lift and sliding board.
- Must demonstrate the maturity and ability to deal effectively with issues related to delivery of services.
- Must be able to arrange for transportation to patients homes.
