Job Title: Executive Assistant
Hours: Day time M-F 8-4:30
Job type: Temporary, July-January 2025
Pay range: $60-65k
General Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant maintains support to the Senior Director of School Services and Chief Clinical Officer relating to correspondence, filing, phone, mail services, typing, editing, coordinating special events, assisting in projects related to clinical, school, residential and professional development services.
This position supports Melmark New England’s mission to serve children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injury, neurological diseases and disorders, comorbid mental health disorders and severe challenging behaviors. It is required that employees demonstrate their understanding of that service mission through their work behavior and commitment to the students and the staff who are directly involved in the delivery of that service.

Qualifications
Education/Training:Bachelors degree or higher
Certifications/Licensure: A valid US driver’s license and a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old. Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements. Successful completion of employer provided certification in CPR and First Aid.
Skill(s): Requires strong computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Outlook) and exceptional organizational skills.
Experience: Minimum of two to five (2-5) years office management experience.
Interrelationships: Works cooperatively with all members of the multidisciplinary team (Nursing Services, Vocational Services, Clinical Services, Residential Staff, Allied Health Services).
