About
I am a recent graduate from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Real Estate and a minor in Political Science, now actively seeking full-time opportunities in New York City. My professional background includes hands-on experience at Marcus & Millichap, where I supported multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions by reviewing leases, conducting market research, producing offering memoranda, and delivering financial insights to brokers and clients.
Beyond my technical skills, I bring leadership and organizational experience through service roles at UW and SAE, where I coordinated events, managed budgets, and strengthened community partnerships. I am fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian, giving me the ability to connect across cultures and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
I am eager to contribute to roles in development, property management, analytics, and public sector real estate where I can apply my analytical and problem-solving abilities to projects that drive impact and create long-term value. Relocating to New York City has been an intentional step to grow in a market defined by scale, ambition, and opportunity, and I am committed to building a meaningful career in this space.
