My name is John David Grisebaum, Jr., and I'm a 2024 graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. My professional background centers on Texas real estate and commercial property, including my current role as Assistant Property Manager with Casera Management and prior internships in retail advisory services at Cushman & Wakefield and commercial development at Hunington Properties. I currently hold a Texas real estate license and have completed CCIM Institute coursework in commercial investment analysis. Earlier in my academic career, I co-founded a student venture that won first place and $15,000 at a state-level business incubator competition before placing among the top finishers at a national competition. I'm currently exploring opportunities in business development within the media and entertainment industry, drawing on my real estate and finance background alongside a longstanding personal interest in photography and film. Outside of work, I am passionate about the outdoors, fishing, hunting, wildlife photography/videography, and MMA.
