Hi! I’m a recent graduate, originally from Spain, with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Psychology from the University of Mount Union (Ohio). During college, I learned to adapt quickly, communicate with empathy, and lead teams in diverse settings. I gained experience in customer service and coordination at ABI Food Systems and The MAC Gym, and took on leadership roles in SAE. I’m especially passionate about Human Resources like recruitment, onboarding, and talent development but I’m also curious to explore the world of sales. I love working with people, understanding their needs, and creating meaningful connections. Right now, I’m looking for a hands on internship or training program where I can grow, learn from a strong team, and contribute my energy and motivation to a company that values development and mentorship.
