- Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do as a Registration Supervisor
Supervision & Leadership
- Lead and supervise the clinic registration team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff proficiency and adherence to organizational protocols.
Patient Registration Oversight
- Oversee the patient registration process, ensuring accurate collection of demographic and insurance information.
- Resolve registration-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor registration and scheduling accuracy while supporting patient experience initiatives.
- Manage the registration in-basket and address issues within registration and billing work queues.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement and maintain quality assurance measures for registration processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and enforcement of departmental policies and procedures.
Training & Staff Development
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing registration staff.
- Keep team members informed of changes in policies, procedures, and registration-related technology.
Workflow Optimization
- Streamline and optimize registration workflows to improve efficiency and reduce patient wait times.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical departments to enhance the overall patient experience.
Customer Service
- Foster a customer-centered culture among registration staff.
- Address patient concerns and feedback while promoting continuous improvement.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with billing, medical records, and other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Identify and resolve cross-functional issues to strengthen communication and operational effectiveness.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Generate regular reports on registration metrics, operational performance indicators, and patient satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma required at the time of hire.
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare registration processes, insurance verification, and regulatory compliance.
Licensure & Certifications
- Relevant certifications in healthcare administration or leadership preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and registration software.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Physical & Work Environment
Physical Demands
- Ability to move throughout the clinic while supervising and supporting staff.
- Frequent movement between clinic departments and work areas.
- Precise use of hands and fingers for administrative responsibilities and equipment handling.
- Visual acuity necessary for reviewing documentation, reports, and data.
- Extended periods of standing during patient interactions and operational oversight.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of supplies or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
