Part-Time Position
Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry is a fast-growing, community-focused laundromat committed to providing clean, welcoming, five-star facilities for our customers. We are looking for reliable Part-Time Cleaning & Guest Services Associates to help maintain our stores and provide friendly customer support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep the laundromat clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Sweep and mop floors and clean doors, windows, and machines
- Empty lint trays and clean soap trays and machine doors
- Clean and restock bathrooms
- Empty inside and outside garbage and assist with snow removal when needed
- Assist customers with basic machine questions
- Report customer complaints, refund requests, and out-of-service machines
- Help maintain a friendly, welcoming, five-star customer experience
