The Phlebotomist collects specimens for analysis by the laboratory and processes the finished reports; knows policies and procedures and adheres to all; knows the importance of age-specific needs as defined in the age-specific competency checklist.

Desired:
The Certified Phlebotomist required within a year upon beginning employee CPR certification is
required before working alone with patients.
