Job Overview
Department: Cardiovascular Lab
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:30 (4x 10-hour shifts)
On-Call Rotation: Every 5th weekend (Friday-Sunday) and 1 day per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technician.
Responsibilities
- Assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures.
- Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as needed.
- Prepare, implement, and document the plan of care.
- Communicate patient's condition to the physician before, during, and after procedures.
- Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures.
- Set up and provide necessary equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in Cath Lab procedures and equipment.
- Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with medical teams.
- Ability to perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring.
