FirstLight Home Care is growing in the Enterprise area, and we're looking for dependable caregivers who are ready to work. If you live in or near Enterprise, have caregiving experience, and are looking for an opportunity to build consistent hours, we'd love to meet you!
Pay & Schedule:
- $13.00–$14.00 per hour
We currently have opportunities for:
- Daytime availability between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Overnight availability between 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- 4–12 hour client shifts
- Every other weekend availability
The more open your availability, the more opportunities we may have to match you with clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll work one-on-one with seniors and adults in their homes.
Depending on your - client, you may assist with:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Mobility and fall prevention
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Transportation when needed
- Companionship and conversation
This is hands-on caregiving, so you should be comfortable assisting clients with personal care when needed.

What You Need:
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Every other weekend availability
