RN - C/C Staff Nurse Resource Pool (Weekend)

GENERAL SUMMARY
-
Critical Care Resource Pool (RP) staff RNs are part of a team of caregivers who provide staffing support to a variety of units. Assigned units will be within the Critical Care RP staff RN’s skill level. All Critical Care RP staff RNs are supported by the General Care unit and Critical Care unit leadership and reports to the Resource Pool Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care.

Plans, provides, and monitors specific patient needs following established policies, procedures, and regulations.

Communicates and collaborates effectively with all members of the healthcare team.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Expected to work in a patient care environment with minimal exposure to environmental hazards suchas, but not limited to, excessive noise, dust, or extremes in temperatures. Exposure to communicable diseases and moderately adverse working conditions due to the need to perform certain patient care activities can be expected.
