Position Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator supports Unio Specialty Care's talent acquisition efforts by managing the day-to-day logistics of the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and initial candidate contact through credentialing and onboarding. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to help build the clinical and administrative teams at an industry-leading specialty care organization.

What you will be doing
- Manage job postings and maintain recruitment channels across job boards and platforms
- Support outreach to fellowship and residency programs to build the physician and APP talent pipeline
- Coordinate candidate credentialing documentation and requirements throughout the hiring process
- Administer candidate surveys at the pre-interview, post-interview, and onboarding stages
- Track and maintain recruitment data and metrics to support reporting and process improvement
- Conduct initial candidate screening and outreach
- Manage candidate communications and outreach cadence to ensure a timely, positive candidate experience
What you will bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related administrative role; healthcare or physician recruiting experience a plus
- Live in SoCal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly with credentialing documentation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive candidate and employee information
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
