Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Service Sales Engineer to generate service business through AMC, spare parts, accessories, and preventive maintenance services, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and service business.
- Promote and sell AMC, spare parts, and accessories.
- Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance calls.
- Develop customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely support.
- Maintain visit reports and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and service KPIs.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Industrial/service sales experience preferred.
- Experience in compressors, pneumatics, automation, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of industrial equipment.
- Customer relationship and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
