LPN, Private Duty - Home Health
The LPN, Private Duty provides skilled nursing services to private duty patients that are ventilator dependent under the supervision of a registered nurse. This position will provide services to geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and infant patients.
Education:
Licensed Practical Nurse degree required
Certification & Licensure:
Licensed Practical Nurse required, BLS required at hire or during orientation & IV Therapy required.
Experience:
Experience in home health preferred or 1 year hospital experience.
