Courtesy Officer (Part-Time) – Senior Living Center
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Pay: $16.23 per hour
Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
We are seeking a dependable Courtesy Officer to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors at a Senior Living Center. Responsibilities include conducting hourly security patrols, monitoring the front gate, locking and unlocking buildings, responding to resident and emergency calls, greeting visitors, completing light maintenance work orders, and assisting with general property security.
Requirements:
- Previous security or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
- Drug Test and Background Check Required
