Integrated Behavioral Health Manager provides management and oversight of program operations that study and treat patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Provides strategic leadership in promoting Behavioral Health through Blessing Behavioral Health Service Line strategy initiatives.
In addition, this position works as a team to guide action plans which support organizational goals of quality, efficiency, and excellence in practice. Will foster collaborative working relationships with other leaders throughout the organization.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health System. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
