Occupational TherapistThe Occupational Therapist provides Occupational Therapy Services to patients and clients within the regulations and scope of practice as determined by the Occupational Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California. The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation, intervention, and education services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Qualifications: Licensed by or Approved as a License Applicant by the Occupational Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California. CPR/AED and First Aid is required. Applicants with current BLS may be hired, but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within thirty days of employment. For the inpatient OT a valid California Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record (as defined by Casa Colina’s Automobile Insurance Carrier’s requirements), having the ability to pass a DMV screening is preferred. Prefer one (1) year in a rehabilitation setting, but not necessary.
