What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a surgeon who:
- Converts consultations into procedures at a high levelMoves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and ORIs confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streamsTakes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growthWants to scale - not just maintain
Scope of Practice
- Cosmetic and plastic surgical proceduresInjectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatmentsPatient consultations and treatment planningPre-op and post-op managementCollaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency
Qualifications
- MD or DOCompletion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residencyActive Florida medical licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible preferred
Experience
- 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferredASC experience preferred
