Education / Other Minimum Requirements

Preferably a qualified engineer (B.E./ B. Tech – Chemical Engineering) from metal extraction or chemical process industry background. An overall experience of 15-18 years in the relevant field will be mandatory.

He will be reporting to the CEO and Managing Director and will be assisted by a dedicated team of Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, QC Manager etc.

Job Profile
1) Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, and logistics. Optimize production processes to improve yield, energy efficiency, and cost control.

2) Lead audits by customers, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies.

3) Ensure strict compliance with Thai industrial safety, environmental, and labour regulations.

4) He will be responsible for general administration of Plant. Co-ordination and liaising between plant and Corporate Office

5) Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff including production, maintenance, and QA teams.

Other Remarks
We will ideally want a male candidate who is 40 years plus and is of Indian origin, should be proficient in English & Thai (speaking) and should have had experience of at least 10 plus years in any manufacturing Plant based out of Thailand in a similar role.
