Job Summary
The Plant Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the daily administrative operations of the facility. This role oversees a variety of office functions including data entry, document management, inventory tracking, shipping coordination, and vendor communication. It ensures accuracy in record keeping and purchasing while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The position also plays a key role in supporting plant leadership by managing schedules, coordinating shipments, and facilitating internal communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerLink) and daily data entry into corporate system.
- Schedule LTL shipments and paperwork for shipments
- Manage inventory of assets and supplies
- Manage all documents and files including employee records
- Sourcing suppliers/vendors
- Maintain accounts payable and create purchase orders for inventory and non-inventory items.
- Resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Send and receive mail, packages and faxes and answer multi line phones.
- Operate a range of office machines (copier, computer, adding machine)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of two years office administration experience. (Preferred)
- Education: High School diploma or GED (required)

Travel
The percentage of travel is <5%. It will require the use of a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
