COORD, NURSE STAFFPosition Summary: Under the direction of the Resource Supervisor, performs a specific set of duties culminating in the appropriate and timely staffing, patient acuity, productivity and payroll needs of the Nursing Service. Works collaboratively with the Human Resources/Payroll Department, Specialty Nursing Service Coordinators and Nursing Administration. In addition, has indirect responsibilities for the management and coordination of decedent affairs within the hospital organization. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: [Required] High school diploma or equivalent. Effective oral and written communication skills. General computer skills, including the ability to run reports and learn other computer applications successfully.
[Preferred Qualifications]: Experience with Scheduling & Acuity Systems. Minimum of 2 years current experience in similar setting and job responsibility. Medical/Hospital terminology and experience.
Salary range: $27.65 - $38.90 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
