Job Description:
JSL Technologies is seeking experienced former Navy Combat Systems professionals to join our team supporting some of the Navy's most critical surface combatant programs in Virginia Beach, VA. If you have hands-on operational or maintenance experience with the Aegis Combat System, Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), DDG 1000, or related combat systems, we want to hear from you.
Your fleet experience is what matters most. We'll provide training on our processes and methodologies—you bring the operational knowledge and technical expertise gained through your Navy service.
In this role, you'll help improve the readiness, reliability, maintainability, and supportability of advanced naval combat systems by evaluating real-world fleet performance, participating in shipboard and test events, and providing data-driven recommendations that directly support system improvements across the fleet.
Ideal candidates have experience as a Fire Controlman (FC), particularly with SPY-1/Aegis systems, Aegis Computer Network Technician (ACNT), Operations Specialist (OS), or Support data-driven decision making by providing accurate analysis and recommendations.
Compensation details: 90000-100000 Yearly Salary
