Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program has an opening for a Service Technician working full-time (35-hours per week) working daily at LHDC Dubois County locations. This position may also assist at other LHDC housing locations as needed.
The role includes but is not limited to grounds maintenance, cleaning and preparing units to rent, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. Applicants must be able to work well with the public.
Compensation details: 17.91-20.26 Hourly Wage
