We're hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Account Representatives serving the North Charleston area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for candidates who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers find automotive glass repair and replacement solutions.
Whether you're beginning your career or bringing experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, we provide paid training to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Connect with vehicle owners to discuss windshield repair and replacement services
Explain available service options and assist customers with beginning the insurance claim process
Generate new customer accounts through face-to-face outreach at retail locations, community events, and designated outreach areas
Build lasting customer relationships by providing friendly, professional service
Work closely with installation teams to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish
Answer questions regarding services, scheduling, and warranty information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed appointments
Consistently achieve individual and team performance objectives
Compensation & Benefits
