We're seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting community outreach events throughout the local area.
Please Note: This position involves working at community events, interacting with the public, and traveling to local event locations as part of your workday. This is not an office-only, remote, or hybrid position. Reliable transportation is required.
You'll represent community outreach campaigns at scheduled events, interact with members of the public, answer questions, and help create positive experiences. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Represent community outreach campaigns at scheduled local events
Welcome and engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner
Answer questions and provide accurate information about current community initiatives
Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
Deliver excellent customer service during every event
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event operations
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with the public
