About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing strong communication skills, and building a career in sales and customer relations.
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent our clients at local events and retail locations, engage directly with customers, answer questions about products and services, and help create a positive customer experience. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers face-to-face at scheduled events and retail locations
Educate customers on available products, services, and promotional campaigns
Build positive relationships through professional customer interactions
Assist customers by answering questions and providing accurate information
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions
Meet individual and team performance goals
Process customer transactions accurately when required
Help with event setup, organization, and breakdown
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities
Collaborate with management and team members to improve the customer experience
