Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and build lasting relationships
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle needs
- Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to keep customers informed
- Provide estimates and assist with service scheduling
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent
