About the role
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
What you'll do
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Document care tasks
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Support dementia care residents with the dignity they deserve
- Handle durable medical equipment (DME) appropriately
- Universal caregiver tasks include dietary, housekeeping, and laundry
- Administer medications per state regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas CMA license
- Understanding the ability to communicate effectively with residents, healthcare team members, and family members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to individual resident needs
- Ability to be a team player
