Customer Service Rep, Business Office
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accepting calls and in-person visits from patients regarding billing related issues. It is the Customer Service Representative’s responsibility to attempt to resolve or explain the reason for the issue to the satisfaction of the patient. In addition they accept payments in person and over the phone as well as work very closely with clinics, Resource Assistance and the Eligibility Vendor.
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Answer telephones
- Compose letters/memorandums
- Establish filing systems
- Generate reports
- Input data into computer programs
- Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
