Job Description
We're looking for LVN Resource Leads who are excited to support both exceptional patient care and the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical service line. In this role, you'll provide direct and indirect patient care while helping coordinate clinical workflows, support staff, and ensure smooth department operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager to identify solutions, maintain quality standards, and foster a positive environment for both patients and team members. We value leadership, adaptability, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of orientation, education, and training programs.

Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and policies.
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our clinical team to deliver patient-focused services while supporting daily operations, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives. You'll play an important leadership role in fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
