Caretaker – Apartment Cleaner
The Emery Apartments is currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to become a part of our great team! You will be responsible for cleaning of apartment turns, common areas and grounds. The hours for the position are 15 - 20 per week, and available on weekend as needed.
Caretaker Responsibilities
Cleaning vacant apartmentsCleaning common areasMust be able to lift/push 50 lbs.Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property ManagerOvertime as needed
Caretaker Qualifications
Experience RequiredCandidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skillsAttention to detail is a mustTime management a mustComplete projects in a timely and efficient mannerFollow direction as neededReliable transportationAble to communicate with management effectively
Compensation:
Starting at $20 - 22 per hour depending on experience
Benefits:
Earned Paid Sick & Safe Time (1-hour earned for every 30 hours worked)
