About This Role:
Up to $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
Pay range for Ojas Massage Practitioners is $48-80 including base rate and gratuity. Plus earn higher pay for weekends! $1,000 Bonus if you join the Ojas team full time and commit to one evening and one weekend day!

We are hiring talented full and part time Massage Therapists for roles at our four locally owned locations.
What You'll Do:
As part of the Massage team with Ojas you will:
- Perform 60 and 90 minute therapeutic massages for clients.
- Conduct thorough intake for all guests ensuring that all prior notes have been reviewed when applicable and ensuring that the most up-to-date medical information for each client is recorded.
- Complete a SOAP note according to legal standards following every service performed.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Begin and end scheduled services on time.
- Follow the Company Dress Code and Hygiene policy.
- Complete setup and breakdown of the treatment room following Ojas policy.
- Practice necessary precautions when working with guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Follow protocols for intake, guest service, and outtake.
- Maintain license, seeking continuing education credits as required and renewing license when required.
- Perform training services and participate in meetings with trainers and/or management when requested.
- Properly care for and respect equipment and supplies provided by Ojas
- Follow all Ojas policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
The pay range for this role is:48 - 80 USD per hour(Maryland)
