Sanitation PM Lead
DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
This position consists of assisting the department supervisor with manning, employee safety, employee meetings, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP) compliance, conduct chemical inventory, conduct departmental and equipment inspections including USDA; assist with training employees on proper use of chemicals, make sure sanitation team completes ssignments accurately and timely as per Master cleaning Schedule, Conduct HACCP temperature cooler, AND dishmachine thermal checks, complete all require audits logs. Maintain compliance with standard FDA, OSHA, USDA, HACCP and all other regulatory requirements. Other duties assigned by management
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work flexible hours/weekends/holidays
- Ability to read/write and speak English
- Must be able to work in cold and/or hot environment
- Knowledge of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
- Knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety health Administration) requirements regarding chemical usage
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to push equipment up to 70 lbs
Compensation details: 15 Hourly Wage
