Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our growing multi-family housing team. This role is ideal for individuals with leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships, touring apartment homes, and helping residents find their next home. This position offers 28-32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Tour prospective residents and close leasesRespond to internet leads and phone inquiriesSupport resident retention and lease renewalsMaintain online listings and social media outreachCoordinate with maintenance regarding service requestsEnsure Fair Housing compliance and accurate resident files
