Airline Assembly
Assembling beverage carts for aircraft galleys. Building soda & liquor drawers, adding snacks, coffee units, water, utensils, etc.. according to airline specifications. Loads items into airline trolley cart for passenger servicing on all airlines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to comprehend Menus and Flight Galley Specifications
- Ability to identify all equipment types
- Ability to comprehend diagrams and dispatch books
- Ability to comprehend complete packing requirements for all airlines
- Ability to conduct spec checks on finished product.
- Must read, write and speak English
- Detail oriented.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Add or subtract items as necessary for assigned flights
Assists in food department were assigned.
Combine all components for flights.
Complete appropriate HACCP paperwork.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area
Compensation details: 20.5 Hourly Wage
