Roustabout - Experienced Only
Essential Functions:
- Safely work in a potentially hazardous environment
- Secure equipment and safely transport according to company policy and DOT regulations
- Build and maintain tank batteries, including setting tanks, moving tank batteries and pump units
- Install and make repairs to oil and produced water tanks, piping, valves, pumps, and motors including confined space entry
- Clean up oil spills and general clean up
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of oil and gas drilling sites
- General site prep such as digging trenches, pits, lines, and building foundations for equipment installation
- Perform general labor tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Experience in the Oilfield Industry. Supervisory experience highly preferred but not required
- Ability to think critically and strategically
- High level of communication skills (Verbal, written, and electronic)
- Ability to lift a min of 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work overtime, when needed
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Perform other duties as needed
- Assist in Providing a safe and hazard-free work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience is required
- Must be able to operate wrenches, impacts, grinders, and other common oilfield tools.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Compensation details: 18-23 Hourly Wage
