POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist Associate delivers consistent frontline support for EndUser Computing (EUC), defined as employee devices and workplace technology including desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and core productivity applications. The job family ensures reliable service delivery through EUC lifecycle execution, service request fulfillment, incident support (resolving userreported issues), identity and access provisioning, asset and service portfolio maintenance, documentation, user education, operational discipline, workload management, and continuous improvement while operating within defined standards and escalation paths.
Moreover, the IT Support Specialist Associate (EntryLevel I) supports EUC services as a developing generalist by resolving common hardware, software, and connectivity issues under guidance, assisting with lifecycle activities, service requests, customer support, basic identity and access administration, portfolio accuracy, documentation updates, user education, workload coordination, and improvement activities while building foundational technical capability and service judgment.
